G’day Klem, Back in Australia and just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday. You guys did a wonderful job. The whole experience was first class. The bikes were excellent. The route was fun and well mapped using the app. The hotels were excellent. The hotel staff, outstanding. The food and wine truly memorable. I cannot recommend you guy’s highly enough. Our impressions of Slovenia as an outstanding destination, of beautiful scenery and friendly people will be passed onto all our friends. Thank you so much for a great holiday!

We had a wonderful cycling trip, starting in Trieste, then onto Slovenia and Croatia. Before the trip, Klemen was extremely patient with our many questions and addressed our concerns very satisfactorily- even changing the original bike route to meet our needs. The bikes we used ( e-bikes) were in great condition, and easy to use. The hotels were very satisfactory- and included big breakfasts to start our days. The towns we visited were charming. All in all- a first class experience!!

We had an amazing trip from Bled to Pula. Everything was thoughtfully curated from the route to dinner suggestions and accommodations. So much beauty and diversity in such a relatively short distance. They were very responsive when we had a few issues along the way with our bikes. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed this trip! The guides were professional and provided excellent leadership. They clearly know this country and the best cycling routes. I would definitely do another trip with them.

Loved our bike ride from lake Bled in Slovenia to Pula in Croatia over 13 days .We were given excellent hard tail bikes with 650WH batteries. The scenery was amazing. The route we followed was on a GPS supplied by the company and went on rural roads and tracks with virtually no traffic The organisation by the company was terrific and our bags were delivered promptly to our hotels. The hotels were well situated in the old part of towns we stayed in I would highly recommend this trip. One of the most interesting and scenic self guided bike tours I have ever been on

Great trip! Klemen set up our trip perfectly. When we needed him he was there. The hotels were excellent. The biking a blast. We did a 5 day self guided tour. Do it!!

The quick summary: We had an amazing tour with this company and I highly recommend them. Details as follows: I worked with Klemen to set up a 16-day self-guided tour through Slovenia and Istria. I met with Klemen via video chat and explained what we had in mind in terms of ride terrain, miles per day, hotel types, etc…Klemen very quickly understood what I wanted and made great recommendations, notably to steer us towards renting gravel bikes which turned out to be the perfect call for this tour. We’d never done a multi-day tour, let alone self guided, so as the time came close for the trip, I was a little nervous about how things would go. Everything went very smoothly, and that is saying a lot considering what bad luck we had with the weather during our first week. The bikes we were rented were high quality and never let us down. The routes Klemen gave us on RideWithGPS were really nice and took us through a lot of villages and obscure roads we would have never found on our own. Klemen picked out hotels for us and then I reviewed with him and asked for a few changes (paying more to upgrade in some places) and I was happy with everything we ended up with. Of particular note was the support we got when we were struggling. My daughter came down with a cold and (as previously mentioned) the weather turned nasty. I asked Klemen if he could help us move our daughter and her bike when they were moving our luggage, and he got that sorted out for two different stages of the trip. Overall, I’m just so pleased with how things went. It was sad when we had to turn the bikes in and had no more adventures planned for us. I hope to come back and ride again in Slovenia. The scenery and people live up to the reputations. I am writing this kind of long review because before I booked with these guys I could not find very much info about them and I would like them to get credit for great work.

I loved my bike, I loved Slovenia and our guided tour. While reminded every day that Slovenia is a small country, it truly has a big heart. Our guide, Nejc, ensured our safety, and showed us his “backyard” so that we could understand the food, and the architectural and sustainable nature of Slovenia. In addition, he took us on trails not well-traveled and to people’s businesses that welcomed us. I felt I got to know Slovenia. Nejc was an outstanding guide. Our group of four asked for e-biking and we got it. As older people we were treated to rideable roads, two-track and a few single-track trails. Each ride surprised us with either a cheese or wine tasting, a coffee at a mountain hut or a village of importance. This was a great tour and I recommend working with Slovenia Cycling Holidays.

Bona organització, vam fer la sortida sense entrebancs , i si en hi van haver (una reserva que no es trobava) es van poguer solucionar satisfactòriament. Recomanables.

Klemen war sehr entgegenkommend und hat sich von Anfang bis Ende um alles gekümmert. Die Routenplanung wurde auf unsere Fähigkeiten und Anforderungen zugeschnitten. Keine vorgefertigte Reiseroute hier. Die Auswahl an Unterkünften war ausgezeichnet. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder mit diesem Unternehmen arbeiten.

Diese Firma war BRILLIANT!! Sie planten unsere gesamte Reise ganz nach unseren Bedürfnissen. Sie nahmen sich Zeit, Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit, um sicherzustellen, dass die Reise speziell für unsere Bedürfnisse und Interessen konzipiert wurde. Die Kommunikation war vom ersten Tag an ausgezeichnet und wir fühlten uns in ihren Händen vollkommen unterstützt und sicher. Die Orte, zu denen wir geradelt sind und durch die wir gefahren sind, waren unglaublich schön und völlig abhängig von der komplizierten Ortskenntnis des Landes. Wir hatten den BESTEN Urlaub und wir können sie nicht genug empfehlen!

I had fantastic time with Slovenia Cycling Holidays. It exceeded my expectations in many ways and I would return for sure. I managed to get to know the country in ways I would not had been able to otherwise. Great guides, extensive knowledge about the country, great tips and attention to details. Totally recommendable 🙌
