Janez went the extra mile making sure we had the holiday we were hoping for - even putting together a route for an extra little side trip to a town we really wanted to see. Everything was well-organised. The accommodation was sorted. The luggage moved faultlessly from one place to the next. The courses on Ride with GPS worked perfectly to get us from A to B. No stone was left unturned in ensuring we had a great time! The Salzkammergut was absolutely beautiful and we had a great holiday! Many thanks!😁
From the very beginning, the Cycling Holidays Austria team have been amazing. They provided a flexible service that met our specific needs and journey itinerary, which a good number of other providers would not entertain. The speed of reply was excellent and the use of the Trip Plans and Cycle with GPS apps just made our journey so easy. The quality of the rental bikes was excellent and they easily met the demands of the cycle track. Overall, excellent friendly service that we will definitely use again next year as we plan our continued trip along the stunning Danube River. Huge thanks to the team.
We had a fabulous time cycling through Slovenia & Croatia. From the planning stage to the actual ride, help was never far away and there was always a quick solution when things didn't go quite to plan, including delivering a replacement bike when i misjudged the curb on the first day. Kristjan tailored our ride to our interests, for me that was visiting waterfalls, for hubby, that was spending time riding through the Julian Alps. It truly was a memorable holiday and if you like cycling and spectacular scenery this is definitely the holiday for you. Our luggage was transported for us each day, breakfast was included with our accommodation, so all we had to do was ride our bikes and follow the GPS prompts. We chose self guided so we could stop at our leisure.
